Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment conformation. Some orders may require additional processing time.

2. Shipping Method

All our orders are shipped Royal Mail. We offer standard delivery which usually takes 2 business days. However we unfortunately can't be responsible for shipping delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping cost to mainland UK is £3.95, other parts of UK will be calculated at checkout and based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a conformation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status of your package.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing correct and accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information given by you.

8. Next-Day Delivery

We offer next-day delivery to mainland UK on eligible orders for an additional charge of £4.99. To qualify for next-day delivery, orders must be placed before 13:00 PM GMT on working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next working day.
